A Full Range of Workshops

We offer a range of training workshops that enable organisations to:

  • Raise the skill and awareness of their own staff in reducing the number of crime related incidents.
  • Provide immediate in-house support to anyone involved in a traumatic event.

    Our trainers are all experienced in crime prevention and / or post trauma support. They have all attended a number of actual incidents involving staff in a wide variety of working environments. The workshops have a participative format enabling participants to gain solutions to the issues affecting them in their individual workplace. The current programme of workshops include:

    Train the Trainers Programme

    For those organisations with a large number of employees and an existing training department we offer "Train the Trainers" programmes. These are tailored to the clients' exact requirements and include:

  • Evaluation of the training requirement and audience
  • Assessment of in-house procedures and resources
  • Design of a workshop framework
  • Preparation of training aids and trainers' notes
  • Running a training workshop for the trainers
  • Running a "real" workshop as an evaluation of the format
  • Attending the initial workshops run by the training department
  • Revising the workshop format in line with the findings of the evaluation
